Break time at work!

My sister and I at work!

Thought we would try this. I'm suspended between two chairs while my sister stands on my abdomen.

It worked!

Experience

Life cannot be explained to us by someone else.
We must experience our own lives for it to have meaning!

Tai chi chuan

I started training in martial arts from the age of 5 and have done a number of different arts since.

I started training tai chi chuan around 7 years ago at a class in Durham/Newcastle and became the top student and assistant instructor within the school.

I recently left the school starting my own journey within the internal arts.

I continue to train daily for 2-3 hours and usually double the amount on weekends. I visit and attend other schools and workshops to expand my knowledge.
