Do you believe that you have lived before this incarnate existence or existed before now in some form or other?
If you take a little time to think of Einstein's quote:
Energy cannot be created or destroyed,
it can only be changed from one form to another.
Had a little time to think?
We are energy!
Does this not mean that we have always existed and always will exist?
