Break time at work!

My sister and I at work!

Thought we would try this. I'm suspended between two chairs while my sister stands on my abdomen.

It worked!

Photo: Ann and I starting a new planking trend! Remember people, you seen it here first :D

Experience

Life cannot be explained to us by someone else.
We must experience our own lives for it to have meaning!

Everlasting

Do you believe in life after death?
Do you believe that you have lived before this incarnate existence or existed before now in some form or other?

If you take a little time to think of Einstein's quote:

Energy cannot be created or destroyed,
it can only be changed from one form to another.

Had a little time to think?
We are energy!

Does this not mean that we have always existed and always will exist?

Walking in the hills

What a beautiful weekend I had at the end of May up and around the Cheviot hills. The weather was fantastic and the company (Emma) even better. We climbed from the valley in the centre of the photo up to the feature on the left, circled around along to the feature on the right. Brilliant day, certainly blew a few cobwebs from the legs!

In the end it's not the years in your life that count,
Its the life in your years.

Awareness

When you pull yourself away from the tree,
The forest becomes visible

Time

Just a little question to ponder over:

Is Time linear?

What happens?

What do we take with us when we leave this life?
Can you take your house? Your car? Your money?

The simple answer is no.

What happens after we die?
Is it the end or does our existence go on somewhere else in a different form?

Maybe the only thing we can take with us is the knowledge we have gained throughout the journey of our life.

Material objects are all around us and I understand that they are part of life but do we really need so much clutter in our lives?

Surely filling ourselves with knowledge and understanding is more beneficial to our existance.
